X platform boss and mega-billionaire Elon Musk once again criticized Vice President Kamala Harris over her political positions, this time regarding her push for “equity,” which he noted is not the same as “equality.”
Musk, who is also the CEO of Starlink, SpaceX, and Tesla, was responding to an X post containing several claims regarding Harris’ political positions as well as video clips of her discussing “equity” over “equality.”
“Kamala Harris is a communist and her word choices give it away. ‘Equitable distribution’ ‘equity,’” the post said, adding: “It’s a repackaged version of Karl Marx’ popularized slogan ‘From each according to his ability, to each according to his needs’ meaning a redistribution of wealth.”
Musk responded: “Kamala is quite literally a communist. She wants not merely equal opportunity, but equal outcomes.”
Former President Donald Trump made similar observations and remarks about Harris and her running mate, Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz, during a “Fox & Friends” segment this week.
“There’s never been a ticket like this. This is a ticket that would want this country to go communist immediately, if not sooner,” he said.
Of Walz, he stated: “He’s a very, very liberal man. He’s a shocking pick, and I’m thrilled. I could not be more thrilled. If you look at his record — with no walls, no security, let everybody in — he’s worse than they are. You know, nobody knew how radical left she was, but he’s a smarter version of her.
“If you want to know the truth, he’s probably about the same as [Vermont Independent Sen.] Bernie Sanders. He’s probably more so than Bernie Sanders. She is more so than Bernie Sanders. That’s got to be your guide, Bernie Sanders, and that’s not a great guide,” Trump continued. “He’s very heavy into transgender, anything transgender, he thinks is great, and he’s not where the country is on anything. his is a shocking pick, and I think it’s very insulting to Jewish people, and I think it’s very insulting to people who want security. I think it’s very insulting to anything having to do with making America great again.”
Trump’s campaign dropped an ad exposing Harris over her failure to control the southern border and her trademark cackling laugh.
As the video opens, it says, “Warning: The following may upset liberals who don’t want voters to know the truth about Kamala Harris,” then notes her and the Biden-Harris administration’s failure to adequately address the chaotic and virtually open southwestern border.
“If you ever wondered how Joe Biden could get the border so screwed up. Remember, he had help,” a narrator reads. “Here’s Biden appointing Kamala Harris to be his border czar to deal with illegal immigration. And here are a record number of illegal immigrants.”
“10 million and counting flooding over the border after Harris was put in charge of stopping illegal immigration,” the narrator of the Trump ad continues. The ad then shows a clip of Harris during an interview with NBC News’ Lester Holt a year or so into her term, where she says she’s not been to the border.
The ad is also permeated with Harris’ laugh, which critics say she often uses when she gets stuck on an issue and cannot come up with an adequate response.
