An awkward moment happened when a reporter asked White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre what Vice President Kamala Harris’s biggest accomplishment was.
At the press briefing, Jean-Pierre was asked to talk about a “specific policy” that Harris had achieved.
The newly nominated Democratic presidential candidate hasn’t given a press conference since she got the nomination and was told by President Joe Biden to deal with the “root cause” of illegal immigration. The way Harris has handled the border issue has also been criticized.
A reporter questioned the top White House spokeswoman: “what does Biden see as Harris’ biggest achievement during their time in office together?”
Jean-Pierre stated: “So look, because they’ve been partners … certainly those historic, unprecedented achievements have been done together.”
It was all downhill from there for KJP.
